What We do

Our services offer support to children and adults living with a diagnosis of Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD and Mental Health. We also support individuals stepping down from secure settings and may have experienced previous placement breakdowns.

Short Notice, Ad Hoc Bookings

Healthcare is vital round the clock and often can’t be planned for. We equip ourselves for your emergency by having a flexible database ready at a moment’s notice. Combining adaptability and experience, we make it our business to know the environments you operate in, and prepare accordingly. This is why we run a 24/7 service, with a qualified Consultant ready to help.

Temporary to Permanent

Timely Support Services recognise that every working environment is unique. Sometimes it’s best to try different team combinations and ways of working. Our temp-to-perm option allows you to find the best fit before it’s set in stone.

Short, Medium, Longer Term Contracts

Different ways of working suit different settings and different workers. Fitting one to the other requires discernment, wisdom and experience. That’s where Timely Support Services excels. We work all types of vacancies to cater for clients and staff needs. This could be to cover short or long term illness, Maternity leave or just the odd shift here and there.

Training and Compliance

Timely Support Services takes accountability very seriously and believe in encouraging people to fulfil their potential. Our comprehensive training and development programme complements our rigorous Compliance Safeguarding System to ensure our teams are always safe, prepared and motivated.

Community Outreach

We support individuals to engage in meaningful activities of their choice and help them to achieve positive outcomes. These include but not limited to support to go on walking groups, horse riding, canoeing, travel training, domestic chores and sit in service.

Respite Care

We offer carers a break from their role as carers for either a day, weekend or for as long as they need. This can be facilitated within the family home or in supported living placements.

Live-In Services

We provide carers who can live with the client 24/7 and work with the client assisting them to meet personal needs. The care is planned by experienced assessors on a multi-disciplinary approach.
